I recently purchased my first car, I had a fantastic experience here they all made the process easy and never pressured me into buying! Hands down the best dealership i have worked with. I am very particular with my used vechile purchases and travel often with work that has allowed me to go look at trucks in person at 7 different dealerships looking for this truck (and 5 others with my previous truck that got totaled from hail 3 months ago) Andrew did a phenomenal job getting me a video 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday night and then took all my issues I raised seriously and got them corrected (service department fixed the locking mechanism prior to purchasing the truck). I can confidently say even being an out of state buyer, I will be back to possibly buy future vehicles from this dealership. Cant recommend them enough! Thanks for not giving me the typical dealership experience I had grown accustomed to and making it a pleasant experience for once. Put 1753 miles on the truck driving back home (with pit stop in Denver for work) and the truck was rock solid.

I like the car , I was disappointed about no spare tire and not finding out I did not have one until I got home . I searched every free minute to find a donut to fit for five days , I don't feel it's the dealerships fault it is not included but I do feel they could have disclosed that fact at purchase time . I finally ordered a donut kit from the dealership, it wasn't cheap , I'll still have to buy a tire bring my car somewhere and have it mounted on the rim . Plus I did not get the moroney papers , I guess the detail guy tossed them idk I wanted to see all the cars features now I cannot. I called for my moroney papers today to be emailed to me and they said no problem but I never got them, I would like to know what features come with my car , I was told remote start but it is not working . I did call about the area that the paint is missing in a corner and they did offer to comp me some after I asked if they would comp me touch up paint .I guess if I don't get my moroney papers I'll have to pay one of these websites to pull them up for me . I have purchased about 20 new cars in my life and never had missing moroney papers . Otherwise everything went great with the deal. It is just tedious to have to go looking for parts when you just purchased a car. It has been 7 days now that I purchased my car and after looking at eBay , Amazon and calling Nissan dealerships including the one I purchased my car from I finally located the rim kit at the one I purchased my car from by talking to the parts manager there. as there tires are more expensive and they charge installation. I found a place that will mount the tire for free with the purchase of it . I do get that there is a superglue kit in the hatch , but if i get a big hole in my tire that is useless . Plus the roadside is offered i do get that but my luck it will be boiling hot day and they will be hours out and i will have to wait . I hope that the Nissan corporation begins to realize that most people want a spare tire and begin to put one in new cars . I think there will be a lot of people with spares that do not fit , because when i cross referenced mine with the vin # many that claimed to fit on ebay and amazon would not as some had 4 holes and not 5 like i need.

We found ourselves in the unfortunate position of needing to purchase a car sooner than we had planned. We chose Ken Garff kind of at random honestly (it was closest to where we were, but we knew we wanted Nissan). Our salesperson Andrew (Drew) was really excellent; very patient, absolutely no pressure or hard sell every, and he helped us land on a 2025 Murano (with only 7700 miles!) that fit our budget. I can't recommend Drew highly enough; we were lucky to have him -- completely patient with our indecisiveness, and very accepting and not at all judgmental of the fact that we are a gay couple (not always our experience here in Utah, so it is worth noting). Drew really worked hard and went above and beyond for us; ask for him directly and you won't be disappointed. Shout out to Abby in the Service department as well; she is awesome!!

Luckily I have an extended warranty I purchased for my car, so I only had to pay the deductible. I took my Edge to the Ford dealership on 3500 S. Immediately they were able to get my car in and start getting the evaluation done. They were also able to get me into another car within a short time so I was able to get back on with my day. They contacted me within 3 days that my car repair to the transmission was done. Brandon and Sarah were amazing and took care of all my needs in an extremely timely manner. They have me now as a lifetime customer! Thank you for such awesome service!!
