I have religiously avoided going to dealerships for the past few decades. They, collectively, have deserved the public distain. I recently took my beloved Maxima to them. I was greeted by Abby. She was so on top of it! I told her as clearly as I could what was going on; she asked a few questions to clarify, and I left my car in her capable hands. The tech who actually fixed my car in a very professional manner (ID on invoice, no name: 162425) resolved the problem and I've had no trouble since. I sincerely commend both of these employees of Ken Garrf Nissan SLC for their professionalism...particularly Abby.

I just bought a car here and their process was amazing. I want to start that I really appreciated that they all talked to me and not my partner, which is a first, which for a woman isnt the usual experience. Tarik and Diego their finance wanager were extremely helpful, kind and listened to me. They got me an amazing price and coverage for my car! I was so nervous but they were kind enough to explain EVERYTHING, they made the whole experience so much more comfortable and easy! Thank you!

We had an amazing experience with buying a car from this location! We bought our previous vehicle from LHM Chevrolet in Murray and ended up with a complete lemon of a car, with nothing but issues from day one. LHM had zero sympathy and did nothing to make it right. We suffered through 2 years with that lemon, and finally Ken Garff Nissan saved us. We got into a safer, low mileage vehicle and the rate is 1/2 of what is was thru LHM. We want to especially thank our salesman Tarik Alanati for listening to our needs and doing his absolute best to make our dream come true. The finance manager Diego Silva was also amazing at getting the bank to give us the best deal possible. Literally life changing!!! I wouldn't recommend any other dealership within a 100 mile radius! 🥰
